CANCELATION POLICY:If you cancel 24 hours before a scheduled lesson, you can make up the lesson. If you cancel the day before or on the day of the lesson you DO NOT get a make up for the lesson and DO NOT get a refund.

Question: I woke up and my child was sick. We had a lesson scheduled for 9am and it's 6am. It was unexpected. Will I be charged?

Answer: No, send me an email or leave me a voicemail of the situation. I will give you 7 days to make up the lesson. If you forget to call me and I am waiting on you at 9am give me a call and we will handle the situation over the phone case by case.
